Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery Policy

We deliver anywhere in Ireland usually on a next business day basis. Orders over €50 are Free. Orders less than €50, are charged a delivery of €5.95 incl VAT.

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Thomond Office Centre. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit the card or account we have on file for you.

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; we may hold your order for a short period until complete. In the case of a discontinued or long lead time item we may send your order and cancel the outstanding lines. We will refund any sums due to the card used for payment.
